We will always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. Because it is a product of nature, we depend on the time of harvesting from our suplliers. If, unfortunately, something is no longer in stock, we will let you know this right away. The order will be send when you have paid the purchase price. Summerflowering bulbs are available from February to May. Springflowering bulbs are available from September to December.

Delivery address When placing an order you have the option to specify a different delivery address. You can let your order be delivered to your work, or as a gift for a close friend or family member.
Not at home If you are not at home the delivery company will deliver the package to the neighbours or return the next day. It is also possible that the delivery company leaves behind a note with a request to make an appointment for delivery.
Return or exchange If the product does not match the requirements, you can let us know by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or use the ticket system avaliable for your account.
If the ordered products do not meet your expectations, you can let us know within 7 days, as long as they are not used and in original packaging. After that, you have 3 days to return the products. This applies to all products within our store.
The costs for the return shipment are for your own expenses (unless in case of defects).
Cancellations must be made in writing to Bulbs4you, this can be done by email or by post. In your cancellation you have to write down the order number and your full name and address. For refunding of already paid orders, the bank account number should also be provided.
The bank account number for refunds must be the same as the bank account from which the payment has been made. This to avoid possible fraud.
